Taittinger is a French champagne house. The house's champagne is elegant and often contains a significant proportion of Chardonnay. Taittinger was founded in 1734 in Reims by Jacques Fourneaux under the name Forest-Fourneaux and was purchased in 1932 by Pierre Taittinger.
