Return Policy

When purchasing products online, consumers have the option to dissolve the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the products (the reflection period) and return the products. If the purchased products are excluded from this right of withdrawal, GASSAN will inform the consumer in advance.

During the reflection period, the consumer is required to handle the product and its packaging with care, and only unpack or use the products to the extent necessary to decide whether to keep them.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must return the product with all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging, to GASSAN, following the instructions provided by GASSAN.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
