Cartier watches

The famous jeweler’s house of Cartier was founded in 1847 by Louis-François Cartier and has grown into one of the largest and most famous producers of luxury watches and other jewelry. Cartier has been a supplier of jewelry and watches for various members of royal houses all over the world since its foundation. King Edward VII of England once described Cartier as “the jeweler of kings and the king of jewelers”. GASSAN Diamonds has a large collection of Cartier watches that we would like to present to you. Get acquainted online with the artistic round watch Ballon Bleu de Cartier, the world-famous Tank, the first wristwatch de Santos and the top female Tortue.

Cartier Tank

Perhaps the most famous model by Cartier, the Tank. Designed during the First World War, the interplay of lines was inspired by the tracks of tanks being used for the first time in this war. Integrated into the housing, the strap grooves provide a seamless design and the rectangular shape of the watch is reminiscent of the British tanks. The Tank series houses models for both sexes and has therefore been a popular watch with both men and women for over 100 years.

Ballon Bleu de Cartier

With its balloon round housing, the Ballon Bleu de Cartier is a unique watch. The timepiece is further characterized by the dial with Roman numerals that are guided on their path by the winding mechanism: a floating sapphire, surrounded by an arch of the finest metal. The polished housing gives the Ballon Bleu de Cartier a satin finish. The Ballon Bleu is available in many versions for both men and women.

Santos de Cartier

The Santos model was designed by Louis Cartier in 1904 for the famous Brazilian pilot Alberto Santos Dumont. He asked Cartier to design a watch with which he could see the time easily while flying: the Santos de Cartier saw the light of day as one of the first pilot watches. This was also the beginning of a friendship between the two pioneers. Santos carried the timepiece during his record attempt to fly around the world in a motor aircraft. This watch made men wear wristwatches and is therefore a unique model from the Cartier collection.

Cartier Panthère

The Cartier Panthère originated from a beautiful tribute to the panther. The collection represents the flexibility and elegance of this special animal. The watch bands and gemstones on the case symbolize the panther skin pattern. The watches from the Cartier Panthère collection are available in many versions, where the stylish and elegant look is characteristic.

Ballon Bleu

The Ballon Bleu de Cartier watch epitomises Cartier's unique vision and its four creative focuses: the purity of the line, the precision of the proportions, the precious details and the accuracy of the shape.

The Ballon Bleu watch embodies the purity of lines by presenting a circle inside a circle. It has a monobloc construction, where the horns and crown cap blend into the middle case to form the appropriate case shape. Its apparent simplicity discloses a complex combination of intermingling circular and spherical forms and different volumes.

Models 4 shapes

The precision of the proportions is the balance struck by Cartier to produce this creation’s overall sense of harmony. The watch has been crafted to meet the highest standards of comfort, whether held in the hand or worn on the wrist.
